My Philosophy Of Teaching....

As a teacher, i have a big responsibilities towards all of my students. i need to give them  a good education. in order to make sure that my goal is achieved, i must know how to handle my career. First of all, it is important for a me to create a good relationships between me and my students in a classroom. So, the learning and teaching always can be easily implemented in a enjoyable and interesting environments. I need to create something that are capable for students to achieved their dreams to become an excellent student.


After that, as a teacher, i need to motivate and encourage them to take responsibilities for learning and to develope a pride for their own work. In class, i must focus on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation for my students to be a good and educated person in their future. My task is not only to give them education but also, i must guide them to be a noble and kind person.


Teacher must be a good role model for their students. It is very important because it can influences student's behaviour. A teacher must have a skill for classroom management so that students feel comfortable, an effective education curriculum and constant motivation.
